Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Today’s Fuel!
1. Returns
Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all accessories included.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Today’s Fuel at gardner@todays-fuel.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Package the item securely and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Timeframe: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping Costs
Standard Returns: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at gardner@todays-fuel.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Welcome to Today’s Fuel! By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General & Intended Use
Our products are designed solely as aftermarket accessories for compatible machines.
You are responsible for ensuring that the accessory you purchase is compatible with your specific espresso machine model before use.
Please use all accessories only as directed and intended.
2. Limitation of Liability
Please Read Carefully: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Today’s Fuel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Personal injury or burns caused by hot liquids, steam, or high pressure.
Damage to your espresso machine, countertop, appliances, or other property.
Commercial losses, water damage, or lost coffee beans.
Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with our product is to request a return or replacement in accordance with our Return Policy. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
3. Orders & Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to pricing errors, inventory shortages, suspected fraud or AI agents ordering products in lieu of a human).
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Warranty & Disclaimer
Except as explicitly stated in our Return Policy, our products are provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California and the United States.
